"Bear" Winter Lodge Contemporary Collection side plate
Our "Bear" contemporary swoop square Winter Lodge Contemporary Collection side plate features a hand painted black bear standing in the snow near a winter pine tree on the front surface. Rustic timbers rows of winter pines mirror each other along the top and bottom of the plate, while snowflakes and snowballs accent the side edges. . The scene is sprinkled with crushed white glass, adding texture and suggestive of falling snow.
We created this piece using recycled window glass, so you can feel good about living "green" while hosting your autumn and winter meals. Safe for food serving. Size: approx. 7 1/2" square. (plate only; display stands and/or flatware are for display only and not included)

About Our Exclusive Dinnerware Collections: Our Winter Lodge Collection and Summer Cabin Collection are exclusive to our studio, designed by kiln formed glass artist Cynthia Ann Swan. We make both a traditional and contemporary version of both designs. This design is part of our exclusive Winter Lodge Contemporary Collection dinnerware.
Each piece in the WLC-C collection features a handpainted central image, winter pines, and timber design elements on a contemporary swoop plate or serving tray. The main dinnerware place settings (dinner and side plates) in the WLC are built around four wild forest animals: a bear, deer, wolf, and moose. All of the pieces in this collection are a contemporary swoop style, and evoke a wintry, country lodge feel in a snowy pine forest. They will also mix well with any of our other WLC-C dishes, or other rustic pieces you may already have.
